Jet and Rocket

How many of you run the jet sweep? We run some of it and have 3 plays that come off of it, including PA. What about the rocket? Have never done that, but looking into it. Is it worth the time spent in practice to include?

Doug,
easy answer for me:
Jet - YES
Rocket - NO
The Jet is easy because your QB needs no footwork, also we have the fake Jet Counter Toss play of this one. We have a power sweep from under center, this can only work if you have 3-4 plays in the game from under center. We send the Slot in Motion and then he will be lead by the HB, QB and a double Pull of both guards.
As I said, this only works from under center!

We run the jet as just a regular handoff. We bring the back in motion and zone block right. We then fake the QB and HB on an option away from the jet.
